No they're not embracing guns now being used by criminals at will who NOW have no fear of their victims being armed. Remember guns are ILLEGAL in Britain. The only people armed and who they are talking about in the article are criminals with guns. ONLY the criminals have guns and the Government's police is 100% overwhelmed to do anything about it. The society is disarmed. Now only the bad guys have the guns and the good guys have nothing. Thats what gun control does. According to Dr. John Lott, guns are used around 2 million times a year to stop criminal acts. Usually all it takes is the criminals knowledge that you are armed and they flee. There is no crime report. There is no news report so there is no credit. People get the false notion that people rarely defend themselves. You take away a person's ability to defend themselves and instead of 2 million non-incidents there will be 2 million incidents.
