After Abu Graib Bush made a major flip-flop on Iraq, moving to the left of Kerry and basically just bailing on all combat in Iraq. he let the Baathists, neo Taliab and El Sadr just take over. Now it's an Iraqi problem. So Bush will claim he's not responisble any longer. After he created the whole mess. That's not leadership, that's a chickenhawk turned chickenheart. And of course NATO doesn't respect of trust Bush so of course they won't help much. But they will help Kerry, 100%.
