You know Bill, I think I actually agree with the opening statement you've made here. I'm glad to see that congress is working to shut down these ridiculous class action suits that cost all of us in higher prices without benefiting anyone but a bunch of ambulance chasing lawyers. I also think the "pain and suffering" multi-million dollar lawsuits are forcing some well meaning professionals, like people that deliver babies, right out of business.
