Side Nr.01 is successful in sucking up all manufacturing across industries which cause problems to OTHERS.

<<deflation, unemployment, and global equalization of cost and revenue>> becomes a problem of the OECD countries. Not China's.

Could it be that Side Nr. 02, left unbridled, was returning a lot of hard earned money to commodities' producing countries and speculators?

Followed that, Chinese officialdom think cooling it is better than let money be drained by the commodity-producing countries and the speculators?
