The information on Fraughnan site is most likely wrong. The reason being that he may have checked the address of the early IR - Which was Worldwide Corporate Finance. / TheBigBulls.com. There is nothing in the Florida corporate records that imply that Merchant Online ever had same address as Worldwide Corporate Finance. Kr Jens
