James, your comments are greatly appreciated. Now, I don't claim to be a patent attorney or even an expert on this issue, but I personally think that there is a lot more negative under SEPR than we know about, especially for the stock to decline by ~25% from it's high a few weeks ago, even in the face of a "Strong Buy" recommendation by Gruntal & Co. (a well-respected house on Wall Street). In the meantime, PBIO has also been appreciating in value on high volume, which clearly suggests that PBIO might have a good chance that the patent law might be changed in their favor !!!!!!! Any comments from any Bull and/or Bear on the events that could move SEPR either direction is welcomed. Good Luck. MR
