Missing from those paragraphs are the words "immenent threat" and "preemptive war" as means of removing Saddam. And those were the inventions of this administration. It is not about what someone may want; it is about what they do and can.

Do you remember Bush's speech about how he will not stay silent and allow danger to come closer and closer or how Saddam and AQ are the same or how the smocking gun will be a mushroom cloud? There is a world of difference between what Clinton said and the picture this administration drew.
