JFred-- You went to much effort in your analysis of a sector that holds little interest to you. I do appreciate and acknowledge your taking the time to give some depth to your response. The electric utilities are definately going through an upheaval. Deregulation can do that. When its further along in the transition, a few winners may emerge. Interesting though that TEP pops up periodically. Thanks again, TBG
