SUNGOLD GAMING STOCK---A---THON
For those of you that might not know me, my partner
and I own 4% of SUM. Our family and friends hold
another 250,000 shares. I am also the largest
warrant holder of the private placement from last Fall.
I have personally spoken to two other outsiders that
together own 1,000,000 shares. We have been asked
if we would be willing to exercise our warrants early,
and the answer is YES. This will give the company
$500,000 to put in the bank. We all intend to support
the stock at the opening, to compete with the shorts for
any cheap stock.
I feel that we have a good chance to start trading in the
next two to three weeks, and maybe much sooner than
that. We may have very little notice. It might be a day or
just a few hours.
I will not answer any questions as to why I feel this might
happen. So don't ask.
I would like to see what kind of support we might have. Who
is planning to buy (and how much) at the opening? Please
be as realistic as possible. Since we do not know the price
at this time, it is okay to use a $ US amount.
Our group is prepared to buy $150,000 US. We will update
our buying commitment as our group notifies us. I
challenge any of you to meet or beat our commitment, but
any amount you purchase is important,. For example if all
3200 stockholders would buy an average of 300 shares
each, we would give the shorts a run for their money.
Please be factual, lets show the shorts we shareholders
mean business.
