The article I posted definitely does not support your thesis. The articles linked within the article do not support your thesis. The inferences that can be drawn from the facts do not support your thesis.....and so it goes.

But it was a nice, if a bit loopy, try.

As I said before, Saddam didn't know how to play the global game on global terms--perhaps his lack of education was a factor, who knows--and he was therefore irrational, reckless and dangerous.

Feel free to construct your own reality.
