John, The bar for reasonable doubt hasn't changed. It is an opinion of mine. But you seem to want to raise it in criminal cases but in civil cases you want a higher burden of proof. Is that it? The burden of proof is currently vastly different, as you are probably aware. It is not reasonable doubt in civil cases. Joe
