Charles, I cannot quote exact figures, but I have been told that the MR CDROM stores have been losing money. Danny promised 100 stores before the end of this year. There are now 5. Apparently he could sell NO franchises. The 5 stores are in Dallas. I have been told that the locations are not exactly prime (this of course is the opinion of my source). I have also been told that more often than not the stores are bereft of customers. When you are losing 5 millions of dollars per year, 5 retail outlets will NOT support the operation even if the are successful. My information indicates these stores are far from being successful!.

Have you noticed that the 10K filed with the SEC shows 9 million in reserves. They show a close to 5 million dollar loss for last year ( this includes any income that they had. According to my calculations this is 14 million. I wonder what happened to the balance of the 23 million dollars that Danny claims to have raised last year through private placements....very curious!!!! Looks like there is 9 million plus their income from last year that is not accounted for!! Wonder where it went??? Of course perhpas they were lying about the private placement ( no real suprise here), but if they weren't... do you smell books cooking?
