No, it is about the scenario that was presented. One in which, as I have demonstrated, there is not a clear case against the Dr.

Now, IF the Dr. did not provide his patient with vital information while prescribing drugs that directly led to her death, then yes he should be held liable. The IF is irresolvable given the information provided by Laz. Cause and effect not clearly established, case dismissed.
