Now since you are pro-death penalty for the unborn and elderly (and in these cases with no trial), why do you oppose it for serial killers?

I gather you favor going back to a time when a great many women died because of back alley abortions. A great many women do so in third world countries today.

As for "the laws that exist on marraige were there to protect women and children," I fail to see what that has to do with banning gay marriage. It expands the benefits of marriage to a class of humans now denied them. Hard to see the loss in that.
