4 things I can think of:

1) Fed raising rates, at long last

2) Signs of slowing mortgage apps, decreasing employment (I'm not counting today's report which was heavily spun by seasonal factors).

3) Anecdotal but spreading reports of softening housing demand and rising inventory.

4) Gravity/falling market/perception that we're entering a new bear phase in the equities markets.
