"routinely have a patient sign AND initial document(s)"

Really? I haven't been to a Doctor in many years and that time was for a check up. I haven't been to a Dr for illness since I had my tonsils out as a child. My kids have all gone in for sore throats and stuff over the years. I don't remember ever signing anything for their antibiotics.

So given our different experiences we are getting no where. I would like it to be common enough to be a legal standard but sorry can't just take your word for it.

Please define "credible professional experts."

Now you are just being picayunish. The Dr and the Pharmacist have been to school to become professionals. They are licenced and practicing which makes them an expert in their respective fields. The fact that they are practicing is evidence that those who know them, and recieve their services consider them credible. In addition it is reasonable to believe that the word of people who are licenced professionals is sound, lacking material evidence to the contrary ... which Laz did not offer. We have only the widower who hopes to profit from the untimely demise of his wife to question their voracity. His skepticism and innuendo is entirely without merit.
