The mess in Iraq (and not just Iraq, but other parts of ME, especially Saudi) is so much that I cannot say with certainty that Kerry will not bring the draft if he is elected. But it is much less likely with Kerry at the helm, as he will probably be able to get NATO and UN members to chip in, both with money and troops.

However, if it is back to Dumbya and his folks, then a draft is almost certain. Whether or not there is further unrest in Saudi Arabia (or Pakistan -- think of the risks that Musharraf is taking to please Dumbya's gang), Iraq alone would cause the draft to happen.
