If it was all over, why was Cheney giving orders to shoot down airliners 20 minutes after the attacks....where the hell was the traveling WH we have heard about for years? What would happen if Bush, just by some strange coincidence, was down at the ranch during a crisis? Would they be able to pull him out of his pickup truck to make a decision or would they pretend they couldn't get in touch with him so he couldn't make a decision? I just saw the film of the 7 minutes he sat immobilized during 9-11....he was absolutely dumb struck, it was shocking....no one even had the presence of mind to stop the camera. No one whispered in his ear to get his ass off the stool and look Presidential and , of course, he didn't think to do that either.
