Spoke with Amy Bolding of Cable Car (303-298-9038, ext 26) and she said it would be 30-45 days before the proxies for the merger would be mailed out. That would be followed by delays answering SEC questions so we're looking at 90 days before any merger could take place. Seems like a long process. Anyone have similar experience? Triarc could slowly buy shares on the market (as someone on this thread has pointed out) during that period in order to insure passage.
