..... That was a lot of work you did putting that post together.

The bottom line is that the most serious reading that Bush has done in his three and a half years in office is "My Pet Goat."

Frankly, Hussein was quite well contained prior to the invasion in March of 2003. We have wasted valuable people, money, and time with this diversionary misadventure into Iraq. This is so even if he in fact had possessed weapons of mass destruction. Really, he was quite well contained. Granted, he was evil to his own people. But we can't solve all the problems of the world. I wish we could.

The terrorist threat is serious. I won't argue with that. But to take the position that the threat was best countered in Iraq is seriously erroneous. That's my opinion and I'll be the first to admit that it's not humble.
