zebra...what is not very clear at all is whether the current demand for housing is part of a blip or bubble, or whether it's simply a continuation of the trend toward homebuying that started in the mid-1990s.

I can't believe people are betting any of their hard-earned money on calling a top to this thing....not with the baby-boom generation spanning years from the 1940s to the 1960s and with the baby-boomers producing multiple kids who are reaching the age of homeownership and household formation, and who will continue to do so for years to come.

But that's just my opinion.
