Have you heard about E*Trade's real time quote service? I had it for a month. Didn't understand what was so real-time about something that took between 2 minutes and never for their server to send. They even gave me a hard time when I tried to cancel it. Typical AOL mentality - they were making so much money on small-timers flocking to them with new accounts that they ignored customer needs.
