My point was that there will ALWAYS be a certain percentage of people willing to push things 'to the edge'.

ESPECIALLY when they can get so rich by doing so.

This has been the case throughout history.

BUT the corrupt politicos who GIVE THEM THE TOOLS TO PERPETRATE THEIR FRAUDS are the heart of the problem.
