MR,
From all I know that ruling can't be changed in their favor or at least is highly unlikely.
What you need to understand is that this lawsuit is not all that relevant to even PBIO. They have a strong product line, fastly increasing sales and have simply hammered BSEP in their market. At the very worst, they will owe BSEP on the counterclaim and the few particular PBIO patents in question will not stand. That doesnt imply this will hurt the PBIO product line whatsoever, or that they will have to pull products from the market. So in short, PBIO is rising on their own fundamentals that have nothing to do with the particular patents in question.

Further than that, I don't know what else to add, other than that I feel you are really grasping to connect the fates of the two together and are mistakenly doing such. Also I should add that PBIO used to be a $30+ stock. I own shares in both companies in question (SEPR, PBIO) and place no correlation on the fates of the two, nor do I own one as a hedge for the other.
