When you look at Pakistan, you have to remember that the government there seems to change most often by coup. there has been two attempts on Musharraf's life this year. So, your really dealing with a volitale unknown. As a Moslem country, it could easily go radical. Then, you'd have a radical nuclear power aligned with the terrorists. To me, that's much more threatening than Iraq ever was.
