Starr did much worse things than Clinton. Putting innocent people in jail because they wouldn't sign phony confessions, ruining lives, digging into the president's sex life when he was supposed to be investigatin a land deal. Holding up our government for a year and forcing the president to take his eye off the crucial issues we needed addressed, including getting Al Qaida.

All these things Starr did for the far right dirty tricks squads posing as a non-partisan special prosecutor. It would be the same as if a new prosecutor for congress started an investigation into Tammi the Houston stripper Bush is rumored to have had an affair with, or Bush's past cocaine use and abortions. Would that be right? Of course not.

Like I've said many times, who cares what personal flaws a guy has so long as he does a great job? Besides, everyone already knew Clinton cheated just as we all know Bush was a drinker, slacker, womanizer and cokehead.

Clinton did do a great job despite the hounding by Starr and the rightwing. Bush has done a lousy job with no one at all investigating him.
