...so Kenny is the first to be sacrificed... Actually, there are now 30 people who have either been indicted or pled guilty to Enron related charges. IMO, the DOJ has done a pretty decent job to date. If I had the time, I bet that I could find at least 200 posts on this thread alone where people have said, "Ken Lay will never be indicted."
