Edwards is bucking an important demographic trend.

Sometimes those NR authors really put on the blinders. The dominant demographic trend in the US in the last few decades is accelerating concentration of wealth in the top few percent of the population. If the vast, silent, largely non-voting majority at the bottom ever wakes up and votes its pocketbook, the Reps better watch out.
