This is first at our station full-scale modernization ASU TP on the
block 300 MW on the base of the software-and-hardware complex of
"quints", which includes control system of the power OF SAUM-E00GM, the system of automatic and remote control, protection, signaling, blockings, regulation and control by power unit. Scale ASU TP of power unit 300 MW - on the order of 60 channels of

system ASU TP was prepared. On 25 December, 2003, between FGUP Of "nIITeplopribor" and JOINT STOCK
COMPANY "Kostroma GRES - STATE REGIONAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT" signed
agreement to the delivery of equipment, and also to the fulfillment of the complex of works on design, to installation, to adjustment and to the putting into commission ASU TP of power unit
¹ 6 on the base PTK of "quints". For the minimization of expenditures it was decided to leave

In the program of measures for the modernization of block entered
construction, assembly, setup works, which were carried out by different contract organizations. This is the general contractor OF FGUP Of "nIITeplopribor" (g. Moscow), the designer OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY OF "ETSN" (g. Moscow), JOINT STOCK COMPANY "remservis KGRES", JOINT STOCK COMPANY OF "ETSM", JOINT STOCK COMPANY "remstroy KGRES". By the delivery of the equipment of panels and panels BSHCHU was
occupied JOINT STOCK COMPANY OF "TSNIIKA - STATE ALL-UNION CENTRAL
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF COMPLEX AUTOMATION" (g. Moscow).
From January 2004. began the stage of the creation of engineering design by the forces of
the specialists OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY OF "ETSN" under the management
of the chief engineer OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY OF "ETSN" s.V. Karaseva, in which participated the specialists of Kostroma GRES - STATE
REGIONAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT, FGUP Of "nIITeplopribor", "remservisa KGRES". Moreover, their experience is connected not only with the creation of new, the constructed power units, but also with the modernization ASU TP on the acting power

TP, it is well familiar for the specialists OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY OF
"ETSN".
On 22 March began the innovation repair of block ¹ 6. In 90 days it was necessary to completely "lay" the equipment of unit
type control board, to carry out the repair of accomodation, accordingly design - to project, to dismantle old equipment, cable communications, to install new equipment, to lay 54 kilometers of new cable lines, to carry out the large volume of assembly, setup works and much, much another.
During April 2004 the first party of equipment arrived to Kostroma
GRES - STATE REGIONAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT. Immediately began work on the installation of the cabinets PTK of
"quints" with the subsequent connection of cable communications. Practically in parallel conducted the construction and decoration
works of accomodation BSHCHU by the specialists OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY
"remstroy KGRES", moreover these works were conducted, in essence, in the evening and night time, in order not to detain basic works on the modernization of power unit.
On 20 May, 2004, to the equipment there was podano electric power
supply and setup works began.
Since the beginning of June began step by step inspection in the
operation PTK of "quints" with testing of equipment and starting
operations after the innovation repair of block ¹ 6.
One should note, that the alignment procedure COMPUTER-AIDED MANUFACTURING (CAM) and
the putting into commission of power unit was sufficient to systematic
and calm.
From the middle of August of 2004 at Kostroma GRES - STATE REGIONAL

¹ 5 and the third unit type control board will find its completely new
