You know damn well Starr never should have been messing around in Clinton's sex life. Only the might of the far right character assassins and dirty tricks allowed such abuse of power. If ANY president had to submit to such 80 million dollar investigations into his personal life, dirt would be found. Including Gw Bush in spades. It was just plain bad for our country and Starr deserves his own special level of hell for what he did for PURELY partisan reasons. Of course the rightwing love it, because on ever other level Clinton made them look bad, dishonest and incompetent. So they finally found SOMETHING (anything) they could "get" CLinton on. Give me 80 million and subpoena powers and boy would I have a field day with these Bushies.
