One thing the Conservatives here must admit: They were dead wrong on the WMDs. If you conservatives are soooooo smart why did you get this dead wrong? It seemed pretty obvious to those of us who believe that the US can take some constructive criticisms. Those of us who understand the role of OIL in world politics. Those of us who don't believe that our convenience is worth killing for. Those of us who've advocated a coherent energy policy based on conservation and brain power instead of the brute force of drilling into our strategic reserves. Seems to me the big mouth conservatives here were DEAD wrong, unfortunately for a lot of folks literally DEAD wrong. Seems to me the White House and the Congress agree that there were no WMDs in Iraq. Seems to me the conservatives SHOULD ADMIT THEIR BLUNDER. But I know they won't because their egos won't allow them to admit they were wrong.
