I heard the same rumor but that the suitor might be Johnson and Johnson. Supposedly, JNJ was in the aquisition mode and that TCNL would be a nice fit. The price mentioned was $27-34. Maybe there will be a bidding war between those two! Seems to me TCNL being a medical produts company would fit in better with JNJ- heatlh care products- than KMB- paper products. Hope one of the two rumors pan out!
