Bush's tax cuts are part campaign trick. Lowering them too much, the GOP knows that to be fiscally conservative and balance budgets in the future some tax cut rollbacks will be needed. By either party.

Even honest many conservatives agree with that, but they won't say it. Yet. They will force the democrats to say it first accuse them of wanting to raise your taxes. When in fact all it is is bringing things back into balance the way Bush Sr. and Clinton did after the huge Reagan deficits. Any smart Bushies knows Bush's tax cuts are reckless and unsustainable unless you slash defense spending.

Anyway, just another dishinest political trick from the right, the only way they can win elections, by fooling people. In the meantime, the US bleeds red ink and the rich get off easy but create no new jobs.
