Bush was a disgrace on 9-11 sitting there doing nothing while the WTC burned. He looked insane, or like a frightened child himself, someone totally incapable of leading or protecting. You can make all the excuses you want, but there is no excuse for doing nothing while thousands of Americans are dying. That alone makes Bush unqualified to lead, as he has been unqualified to do since the beginning. He's the most imcompetent president we have ever had.
