So if Bush sat there like a lump for 70 minutes after learning of the WTC attacks, you would find that reasonable???? He didn't necessarily have to make decisions at that split second, but he sure as hell should have sprung into action to get fully informed and started to issues orders based on the info he received..... He should have been demanding information and been calling upon contingency emergency plans that should have already been in place. Instead, he sat there continuing to read "My Pet Goat".....
