We should either have real market cops with real handcuffs or no market cops at all, let the market learn the suckers (the market is, in and of itself, an effective cop of lesson). This in-between, neither this-nor-that Keystone Kop agency known as the SEC is an affront to the intelligence of both real market and jail market investors alike. Good that a joke swindler makes a joke about the whole affair. Maybe it'll bring some reality to the situation. I hope more crooks are able to make a mockery of the situation, since the SEC has very much made a whole mockery of the enforcement concept. "Goose/Gander", so to speak.
