Just another quick not on Embry...my wife has worked for RBC for the last 14 years. As a rule, the personal bankers (the ones who advise clients on their investments) were TOLD to NOT sell the RBC PM fund that Embry ran. Even though it was their own product AND it was one of the most successful funds in Canada. If clients asked about it, they were told to tell them it was 'too risky'. This irked Embry to no end as well. When my wife's branch had Xmas or summer gatherings, I made sure I told them all what complete fools they were. As usual of course, these personal bankers no NOTHING about the market, they do what they are told by their managers.
