No, no, it was not Bush's fault. It was those lying bastards who fed poor innocent guys in CIA the horse manor that led to the war. Of course CIA did take polygraph tests of them and failed them accordingly, but somehow I guess the White House missed reading the reliability assessment...blame Chalabi, blame Saddam, blame CIA, blame anyone but Bush and the Neocons.
