There are too many places in the world where the value placed on human life is too low for the US to continue to engage in "arbitrage". Tens of thousands dead and a million displaced in Darfur and the world is just beginning to notice. As soon as the poor in America wake up and decide not to volunteer to die in unnecessary wars for the rich, the government and industry will begin to change US labor policies.
