Quit showing how ignorant you are.
No CHild Left Behind has left plenty of kids behind, was not funded as promised by the Bushies and most people want it fixed. Typical of Bush, his people design a program with a feel-good name, then once they get it voted into law they ignore it and do nothing to fund it. Same is true with the AIDS initiative. Only about 25% funded. And the Medicare Bill of Bush's is dead on arrival. It's a big fraud and corporate welfare bill and everyone knows it.
On domestic issues, Bush is simply the worst we've ever had. And on foreign he's the worst too. So where is he effective? Only campaigning in front of friendly audiences. That's the one thing he does well.
