You are aware that Congress has OVERSIGHT for the Intel, aren't you? Congress for many years, has made sure the budget was cut, and that we had less and less "feet on the ground"....In fact, it appears we had ZERO CIA on the ground in Iraq all through the Clinton Adm.

The American people will DEMAND that we know what Congress knew, and when they knew it............
