Subject:  Jack, why I don't trust you and won't invest in Xoma.

Crohns is not a big deal but the fact that you have said nothing
about the Crohn's trial, (aka probe), is important.

Why should I invest in Xoma when you, Jack Castello, claimed
nothing could be said about the Xoma Crohn's trial because you
had no information because Baxter was in control? How long
has it been since the Xoma/Baxter agreement was terminated?

Do I expect that something important is contained in the Crohn's
results? No, not really. You are the problem. You don't keep
your word, even on the little things. Why should I invest in a
company you manage. when I can't believe you, will keep your
word?

A long time ago I said that it is time to become more transparent.

IMO a good leader would have understood why and done
something to change the Xoma culture.
