I like this phrase as an example of stupidity The pegging of the Chinese currency to an artificially low rate of exchange with the U.S. dollar ... has allowed China to build up massive reserves of U.S. dollars ... Fu*k, they are blaming China for cheaply (low exchange rate) selling something useful and accepting funny IOU papers (USD) as a payment.
