Kay did not find WMD -- nothing. Obviously you live on a planet where finding no WMD with a billion dollar budget and unlimited time and manpower is a great accomplishment after spending a hundred billion dollars to invade Iraq for said purpose, killing tens of thousands of people, and claiming again and again and again that they, the WMDs, were there for certain. There was indeed a great accomplishment before the invasion, but Kay did not accomplish anything in finding or destroying WMD-- the UN inspectors should take a bow because it was their work that accomplished the remarkable feat of disarming Iraq.
