Yeah, not overly bullish here. But I still like the looks of the $BKX and $IXM for more than just a wee bounce, I like them both to get over their June 7th highs and that would likely take more than a couple of days. Tech doesn't have to join in but I would expect it to catch a bid if the read on the financials is right.

I have always found it is foolish not to cover and/or look for longs after we have had the sustained high TRIN readings like we had a week ago. Is this time different?
