IF Bre-X/Busang was TRUELY FRAUD, then David Walsh, Felderhof and all other past Directors are guilty of committing fraud. ALL equity gotten from trading or options must be returned to Bre-X shareholders. All these books/movies are coming out saying it was a fraud, so why is David Walsh not charged with fraud ? If he is innocent shouldn't he be charging those book writers with slander ?
