When the government reaches into the private store and imposes its own profiling criteria for a ridiculously vague law, it makes a mockery of both the owner's rights and the customer's rights. This case opens the door very wide for that conduct now.

Yes, it does, and that is my concern.

Slowly but surely, Americans will have to realize that from seemingly innocuous municipal ordinances that affect the choices made by proprietors of Mom & Pop stores...to legally profound antitrust decrees handed down by the largest, most lumbering bureaucracies at the highest levels of the Federal government against massive corporations...the effect is the same:

Increasingly, private property in America is private in name only.
