Pop N Go Signs European Distribution Agreement 7/12/2004 9:33:11 AM
WHITTIER, CA, Jul. 12, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Pop N Go, Inc. (POPN) -- Pop N Go Europe, based in Poland, have entered into a 5 year Distribution Agreement for Pop N Go Europe to become POP N GO's exclusive distributor for Poland, Russia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The Agreement calls for Pop N Go Europe to purchase a minimum of 2000 POP N GO popcorn machines during the term of the Agreement.
"This Contract is another important milestone in POP N GO's worldwide network of strategic distributor alliances. Our pending financing will enable Pop N Go to expand its production capacity to meet the demand for machines from distributors and revenue share partners. We are scheduled to ship the first machines to Poland before the end of July," commented Mel Wyman, POP N GO's CEO.
