To Steve: One other thought, I believe in a situation like this a Company is valued at its most recent run rate rather than past history . If that is correct even if it were only growing at a 15% sequential rate by 9/30/98 that would be something around an 80% annualized growth rate. What PE ratio would you assign to that? What PEG ratio? I dont want to even hazard a guess as the number comes out too large to comprehend at this time. JDN
