Isn't that obvious that if you hold a belief about someone else's beliefs then the least you can do is to ask them directly about it and verify that you are not misunderstanding it? I guess for people like you who make up their mind first and look for justifications later this is not so obvious. No wonder you like the Bush admin so much; you use the same methods to come to conclusions.

Hint# 2, since you seem to need so many hints :), I include atheism that feels a manifest destiny,e.g. communism, amongst religions.
